Terms of Service

1. About ReadyTravel

ReadyTravel is an AI-powered travel assistant operated by Pecutus Technologies Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). Currency exchange services are provided by our licensed partner, Ngau Kee Money Changer Co. Limited, a registered Money Service Operator in Hong Kong.

2. Eligibility

ReadyTravel is available to individuals aged 17 and over. Currency exchange services are currently available to users in Hong Kong.

3. AI Assistant

ReadyTravel uses an AI assistant to help you with travel planning and currency exchange. The assistant provides information and suggestions based on available data.

• AI responses are informational and may not always be accurate or complete.
• Travel information (entry requirements, transport, local tips) should be verified with official sources before relying on it.
• Exchange rates shown are indicative until you confirm a transaction.

4. Currency Exchange

• Exchange rates are set by Ngau Kee Money Changer Co. Limited and may change at any time.
• A rate is locked only when you confirm a transaction and the order is accepted.
• Payment must be made via FPS within the time window shown. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.
• Foreign currency is delivered to the multicurrency account you specify.
• Exchange services are available during Ngau Kee's operating hours. The app will inform you if services are currently closed.

5. Rate Alerts

Rate alerts monitor exchange rates and send push notifications when your target rate is reached. Alerts are checked periodically and may not trigger at the exact moment a rate is reached. Rates may change between notification and exchange.

6. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may delete your account and data at any time via the app or by contacting hello@pecutus.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pecutus Technologies Ltd is not liable for losses arising from:

• Reliance on AI-generated information without independent verification
• Exchange rate fluctuations after a rate alert is triggered
• Service interruptions or delays in push notifications
• Third-party service outages (payment systems, exchange partner)

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of ReadyTravel after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
